Description: «Login» to edit the description	We plan to send newletters and maintain a database from information appearing on a government website, in both PDF form and in a database. Specifically, the program would need to capture certain information appearing in the PDF. The program then would need to search other sections of the government website. Finally, the program would need to transfer that data to our database and also to our newsletter. We'd like to send a newsletter to subscribers daiily. And we'd like to allow our subscribers to search the database at any time.
