Normally, when you post a project and when you are ready to select a bidder you are required to deposit 10% of the winning bid into your account, before the programmer can start working on your project. We then put both parties in touch with each other and let them work on the project and make payment arrangements.

However, if you deposit 100% of the bid (with a certified/cashier's check, money order or wire transfer to our bank account - paypal will be accepted only for bid amounts less than $200) you can be assured that we will go all the way to make sure your project is delivered. What this means is that "as long as you provide full description to the project, we will make sure that the bidder you picked has delivered the project to you before paying the bidder". If the project is not completed we will hire another bidder to get the work done to your satisfaction, or we will refund your deposit. This guaranteed service will cost you 15% commission (of the winning bid) or a minimum of $20 per project.

Guaranteed Delivery: How-it-works:

1. Register.
2. Create your project and provide exact specifications for the work that needs to be done.
Exact specifications must be provided before you pick the bidder and the final work will only be compared to and guaranteed based on these specifications.
3. You will be notified of bids - only interested programmers who will work with you for 100% satisfaction will be allowed to bid.
4. Select a programmer from the bids you received (anyone you like).
5. Make a deposit (see below).
6. The programmer will start working on your project.
7. When the project is finished and ready for delivery, you will be notified, confirm with us and transfer the funds to programmers account from your account panel
8. The money cannot be withdrawn by the programmer until the project is delivered and confirmed to your satisfaction.

100% of the winning bid +15% commission, must be deposited (with a certified/cashier's check, money order or wire transfer to our bank account - paypal will be accepted only for bid amounts less than $200) once you select a bid and before the programmer/designer can begin working on your project.

Your deposit amount will stay in your account and will be refunded (or will be available for withdrawal) to you "ONLY IF" your project is not delivered. You cannot cancel your project once you have accepted a bid. However, if the chosen bidder backs-off and doesn't not start your project and you decide to work with another bidder as the second choice (you can do so) then any percentage adjustments will be made to your account accordingly. If you do not select any second (or other available choices) then your deposit will be promptly refunded.
