As we have stated in the project areas, please do not bid if you cannot deliver according to specifications and for the bid amount you put in. Once you put your bid that means you are committed and ready to do the work. If you are selected as the winning bidder you must complete the project. A poor performance rating will be given by us for any project that is not delivered - our commission will also be charged if you do not deliver the project.
