Basically looking for a page which users can post their houseboats for sale and buyers can contact those who are selling boats.
I want to have it where it is simalar to the way eBay makes money. Money for showing a thumbnail next to listing. Money for Bolding it. Money for featured listings. Money for additional photos. I also want a free option. But members with the free options cannot upgrade to additional photos or bold. There will be two other packages besides the free option, a blue option and gold option. My website is not membership based but if it is needed for people placing listings than thats okay. Also, need an admin section where I can delete the post if needed for instance if someone places something irrevelent for sale.
