It is a Recruitment/job website See http://www.monster.co.uk & http://www.jobsite.co.uk for a base example. It will have to have the following: • Forum • Ecommerce shop – Job/work products/stationary/CV paper etc • Section – Tutorials/Guides / typing CV's etc • Section – Interviews with people in companies – I.e. Buyers/Interview takers etc • Section – CV Templates – Free templates + Purchase Templates (Advanced) • Interrogated Advanced Job Search facility – (I.e. Beta, like Monster has) • Flash Advertising space – using Banners etc • Section – Personal User Account – where users can save last jobs searched/favourites/upload/amend CV's etc • Back End program that enables Administrators to send out – Mail Shots/Newsletters etc • Section – Government Public job vacancies / Recruitment drives etc • Section – Government Funding / Grant advise/ information section • Section – Educational Institute vacancies/courses/apprenteships etc • Section –CV Board – Users can upload/advertise their CV's for business to look at. • Section – JOBS WANTED – Where uses can advertise jobs they are looking for. • Online Diary / Events Calendar for recruitment fairs/exhibitions etc.. • Section – Customers feedback – For Administrators to administer and take ideas (comments not posted on live website. • Section – Customer testimonial page – Where administrators can upload customers positive reviews/experiences/comments etc • Section – JOBS ABROAD – Vacancies/guides/advise • Section/Page – Work Unions section where work unions can advertise/ sell their service • Section - Graduates I will need a back end administration aswell. Also the site needs to be configured so i can either charge people to place adds or let them place for free. (which ever i choose) Thesite has to have all the above plus whatever you, as a programmer can add. Hase to be a user friendly yet proffesional and stylish design.
