URL's (except anonymous portfolio sites or example sites), emails, etc., posted in the bid or sites which contain the prograrmmer/buyer contact information, is considered as a violation. It is also a violation if one is asking/providing contact information including, AIM, ICQ, etc.,

Posting contact information in an attempt to avoid our low commissions will negatively affect everyone who uses our services presently and in the future. We do not charge any monthly fees and allow programmers to start earning without any upfront costs but for some programmers, that does not seem to be enough. Our fees are very small for the service we offer and barely pay "part of our" bills. By preventing violations and banning users who violate our simple terms, we can keep our fees low and fair and we all can benefit because in the end without all participants (buyers, programmers and us) none of us can exist.

If you have come accross a recent bid which is in violation of our policies, please help us by reporting it. It can be confidential or if you would like us to reply back to you (we will try) then don't forget to enclose your email in the comment area and explain the violation. Note: We are aware that there are also people who are posting the company name in the bids (they go out of their way to do it for unknown reason and we have not yet found the best way to stop this but we will soon). They are only making it harder for themselves and for everyone else.
